Obligations to disclose information in remote transactions, return/cancellation policies, and complaint handling.
Cybersecurity — Cybersecurity Law 2018 + Decree 53/2022
Implement cybersecurity measures, store data in Vietnam where required, and report incidents.
Tax & E-invoices — Decree 70/2025 (amending 123/2020)
